Only fired string around 50 times but one of the fibres between end of limb bindings and centre bindings is loose even when loaded, still dead accurate after the help i got on forum about optic site (thanks again). I can allmost fit a finger between it and the rest of the fibres (left side). Is this...

shooting with basic sights (optic)

i havent got a telescopic sight yet , but basic sight that comes with crossbow seems to shoot a little high and to the right 19 yards, site set to top ,changed string ,no diferance ,equinox . sand bag to shoot of to make sure it wasnt me will a site help or do i have a problem with bow bought second...

Absolute champion top bloke blackjack.

New to crossbow hunting blackjack travelled one and a half hours to check out my cross bow, showed me what was wrong(string,bolts etc) and then fixed the problems. Absolute champion thanks mate.

Thanks every one for being so helpfull going out tomorrow for pig, goats and possible deer . If your in the neighbourhood (perth western australia) come round for a barby and beers. What a bitch restringing though.

there should be 2 lines on top of rail down close to the riser joint. twist string to shorten it and bring it back above the lowest line. if below the string slaps the dovetail ramp and will ruin the string quickly. welcome to forum x's 2 Also,check the srting,every inch for damage.If it has been h...

crossbow strings new to sport

Bought a second hand equinox (very hard to find a new crossbow in perth western australia no suppliers) looks brand new ,but string rests hard up against steel below optic sight, not between etching on barrel do i need to shorten it some how string is green colour.
