Re: ExoMag

I have an Exomag 200 lb straight riser my favorite deer bow. I just put a Guardian Anti Dry Fire scope mount on it. These ADF scope mounts are good
insurance against bow damage due to a dry fire. Dan miller has a good price on them $55.00. 740-483-2312

Re: Cheek piece accessory

According to past posts on the cheek piece and the Vixen II stock the answer is no. A stock X-tender will fit but the cheek piece will not. The Vixen II stock is a shoter version of the stocks that were made before the stocks with the five (5) side slashes came in production. Read some of the older ...

Is your Turkey Plex set up , 20yds at top of sight circle, 30yds at the crosshairs,40yds at the the bottom of sight circle and 55yds at the top of the bottom verticle post. I have a Leupold shot gun scope on my exomax with the heavy crosshairs. Your Turkey sounds like a better set up. An outstanding...

Re: Stringing aid

I saw a stringing aid like Miller's on Boo's Web Site. I also have a Miller stringing aid for my Matrix 380. Like the grave salesman said, "its better to have one than to not need one, then to need one and not have one." Much stronger
cocker than the old one.

Re: 355 arrow test

Today I took a drive to Danny Miller's shop in Sardis Ohio to buy some gear. While I was there I asked Danny about the Black Eagles that he sells. He said they have a 110 grain brass insert and I know he shoots a 100 gr. Slick Trick. Dan Miller told me about FOC in Crossbow bolts in 2004 when I boug...

Re: Relayer Crossbow

The only Relayer crossbow I ever saw was made by Excalibur. This bow could be an older model with condition issues or the seller does not know the value of the bow. This bow could have a misprinted value. If this is a Y25 Relayer the price could be $850.00 or more, only one thousand of these numbere...

Re: LEUPOLD CROSSBONES???

I just returned home from my monthly trip to Cabelas Wheeling WVA. I stoped by the archery department and told the clerk I was in the market for a Leupold Crossbones Crossbow Scope. The clerk researched my request via the computer and stated very clearly," We don't sell that scope." My nex...

Re: turkey broadheads

A few years ago a guy was hunting turkeys on the same farm I hunt. He was using an Excalibur Vixon with fiberglass fishing arrows with guillotene heads. The use of the long fishing arrows got the guillotene heads past the stirrup. The set up worked he got a nice gobbler. I use a Vista Small Game Add...

Re: ADF Installation

Yesterday I received an order of stuff from Danny Miller so today I started changing out scope mounts to the ADF mounts. The first bow was a Maxpoint AKA Paradox when I discovered the two screws that attach the arrow retainer spring were not 8/32 they were smaller sloted head screws. Once I removed ...

Phone Danny Miller, Horizontal Archery 740-483-2312. Excalibur made two low poundage crossbows the lowest one is called a "Pixel". These bows are getting hard to find since the Matrix line came out. There are photos and info on the Apex and Pixel to the left margine of this page. The Pixel...

Re: LEUPOLD CROSSBONES???

I just checked the Cabelas Web Site and viewed all of the crossbow scopes no Leupold Crossbones listed. Then I viewed every Leupold scope sold by Cabelas once again no Leupold Crossbones listed. I checked Bass Pro they sell Leupold Crossbones and Redfield Revenge crossbow scopes. Latter this week wh...
