Re: NOT HUNTING - BUT...

God certainly is good as well as sovereign. I have taken great comfort in that throughout the years as it looks like you have. Prayers for her now, but comfort in the fact that if not now, healing will come in the future.

Nice. I have not shot much off hand, typically use shooting stix, but it must take some pretty good concentration to shoot offhand with a xbow like that. I used to shoot an American Champion compound set at 73lbs. my average in league (the one year I shot rings) was 297 out of 300. But it seems to m...

Re: Nearly Burned My Beard Off ...

Yep, the wind can be a tricky thing. I worked with a man for years that just hated the thought of spending money and as a result hated his mother in law because she had little and cost him, on occaision, some of his hard saved cash (I imagine there could have been other reasons also). Anyway, the ol...

Your son looks like he is going to have a lot of great times playing hunter/army in the following years. Those were great days for me and mine.

Re: Corn Beef and Cabbage

This has all been quite interesting to me. All of us make our choices and some take their stands in the everyday living of life. This site is not any different in that regard than other sites that I frequent. "everyman does what it right in his own eyes". As far as people are concerned the...

I'm sure there are a few of us that can relate to what back pain can do...although probably not to the extent of pain that you are caused. Hope all turns out well and that you can get some permenant relief.
