I didnt have a chance to even raise my crossbow. I was pretty pumped about going out this morning. I...

Re: One Broadhead for all bows
Did you go with a heavier arrow to compensate for the lighter broadhead?

One Broadhead for all bows
I have an Exocet 200, a Compound bow and a Recurve bow. I am trying to find a broadhead that will work for all 3. Has anyone used the 100 grain Montec G5 on thier crossbow? If so what arrow are you using?

Re: 2010 Success Stories
Great story!!! Was it a whitetail or mule deer? I would like to see that if you have a pic. I found a pretty beat down game trail pretty close to my stand. I'm hoping one like you describe comes out in front of me this season. Thanks for sharing!

Re: Passthrough
I only got to hunt with my exocet two weekends last year, but I had two complete pass thru's on deer. The only problems I had were with hogs. The carbon arrows were not penetrating. Once I switched to the heavier aluminum arrows I was passing thru hogs as well.

Its pretty standard to have at least 50 acres per person, but the lease we're on now set the limit at 8. We dont want more than 6. Being a new lease they aren't going to let anyone else hunt there until after our first deer season. Once season is over it shouldn't be a problem to get a couple of guy...

I read it on this forum about 3 days ago, but I dont remeber what search I was doing. It was talking about the string stopping prematurely and possibly damaging the limbs and the string. It seemed feasible to me that the string should travel somewhat past the scribed mark when delivering its energy ...
