I only tend to have an issue when i bring my crossbow in from the cold after hunting.

Saliva works on diving masks, not sure if you wanna spit on your scope though

I have been reading magazines and watching hunting channels like mad and I've seen a number of ads for these. I've only seen them in use by vert bow hunters. Has anyone tried them?

I've been hard at it too, with no shot fired. I had a nice doe the other day that I had to pass a shot @ +/- 20yds due to obstruction. Up to then nothing and nothing since.

with my recent purchase of a new Vortex with right stuff package it came with identical replacement string and somewhere in the literature that accompanied the right stuff package stated the broad heads and field tips were both 150gr.
