thanks all for the replies .... I didn't get a chance to look at the bow due to a mix up with the vendor (which really p/o'd my wife ) .... so, I'm still in the market for a used Excalibur in south western Ontario

I'm new to crossbows and am impressed with everything I've heard about Excal. I'm lookng at a used Wolverine tomorrow and would appreciate any advice on what to inspect and check out.
