? about cocking aid for a excalbur cross bow
Do have to remove the cocking aid before you shoot, or can you let it on the cross bow while shooting. My friend needs to use the cocking aid for his Phoenix, I do not use one due to I can cock mine with the rope. I can not answer his question.

Re: Buying a new Crossbow Please help
Hey Mike I was in the same boat you were, I live in PA and they just made it legal to hunt with a crossbow, if you did not have a medical permit. I bought a Excalibur Equinox and I 'am not disappointed I did. I shot two big Doe with mine during our rifle season, I was in an area were you could not h...

? for arrow shaft selection for equinox
Can you make a 20 inch bolt using XX78 SUPER SLAMS, I see in the owners book it says XX75 shafts, I will be using a 125 grain muzzy broadhead and field point.

Re: help needed torefletching a fire bolt
When I remove old fletchings off my aluminum arrows I use a razor blade, then fine sand paper to remove the glue residue and then Rubbing alcohol. I do not think you want to use a razor blade on carbon arrows.

I been Archery hunting since I've been 12yrs and I am 38 now, I never used Carbon Arrows, until I bought this Excalbur - Equinox 11/09. I shot two deer with the same arrow and now the fletchings are wavy. I heard if you put them under steam you can straighten them , but it did not seem to help. I wo...

Re: 2009 Trophy Room
I just purchased the excalibur equinox from Cabela's on Nov 14 2009, went out hunting with it three times so far, and was awarded twice with these two nice size deer in Pennsylvania. I was totally amazed how accurate and fast this crossbow was found to be, I would recommend this bow to anybody who i...
