Re: Bushnell Backtrack GPS
Yes sir I do have one and use it every time I go to a new place. It works as advertised. I have had a couple GPS before that are no good to me except for paper weights I can't figure them out but this is as simple as mark where you park put it in your pocket if you ever want to get back to where you...

Bow string stretch
How long and how many shots do you put on a bow string before you put it away for a back up during hunting season. I used to do this with my Vertical bow so I would not have to stretch a new string and it would be ready to go if anything happened to my string I was using on my bow.

Re: What now?
Good luck my friend I was almost in your shoes. When I retired from the Nave back in 1993 I was suppose to step right into a job I lined up. Well they went into a hiring freeze and I thought oh by this is it but in Aug, 1994 they picked me up and I haven't stooped yet. I do know what its like to hav...

Re: How and Where to get permission

I take out an ad in the paper be careful how you word this. Next I have printed up a flyer like sheet and introduce myself on this paper. I give a...

STS system
As is apparent from my post count I am definitely a newbie. I keep hearing about the STS system and have been to both bow shops in my area and they don't know nothing about them. Of course this does not surprise me as they are really into vertical bows and only do cross bows as a side line. In my st...

Re: Arrow Pullers
I know that I have not been a cross bow user too long but having shot mine a few hundred times I think you have to have the Excalibur for those shots that have gone in too far and one of the other tools for those that have not.

shooting supplys
I am so new at this, but I really do love it. I don't have any store that is really into crossbows and getting supply's is not easy. I have been trying to find the flat nocks for some of my arrows and can't seem to find them anywhere. Plus I would like to browse and see what is accessory's are avail...
