The scope package is different. it's not a vari-zone scope. And it doesn't have the DB Bars like the Phoenix has. Camo pattern is different as well.

Pennsylvania doesn't track by crossbow. I read something that they're only tracking via archery and that includes both horizontal and vertical bows.

When I ordered my scope caps from Danny Miller he mentioned that the scope caps at the proper size for the scope don't always close properly, which is what you guys are finding. he sent me the next size up and had me use electrical tape on the scope and fit them on with the build up of the tape. The theory here isn't much different then those that spear fish with a spear that has bullet tips (.22 cal). I have the Foodsaver brand and I can tell you without a doubt that I have NEVER had that problem with the seal lifting on me and I take mine off the Foodsaver as soon as it stops.
