Re: O/T Hunting Boots

Danner....most comfortable, best boots I've ever owned...no others have even come close. I've had Rockey's, Browning, Wolverines, Herman Survivors, LacCrosse, Red Wings. I've usually had more than one model of the one's listed as well. Danner, end of story for me.

Re: Trail Cam Comparison

All of the research I did last fall on the two websites based on performance, reliability, customer service, and PRICE led me to the SpyPoint IR-A. You can spend $1000 or more on a cam, but for me the SpyPoint for about $200 seemed to be the best all around. So far I have purchased 3 of them. One ma...

Re: sts

Yep,

I had to cut about 3/8" off of my rods and then trim the backside of the rubber bumpers about 1/4". That left the rubber bumpers just touchinggggg the string with a 1 1/8" brace height.

Re: Lumizone Scope Question

Thanks...I made a few flemish strings for my recurve, but that was almost 15 years ago and I can't even remember how to do it anymore. I'll have to get in touch with Boo. The serving I could probably do from memory but a refresher would be well worth it.

Re: Lumizone Scope Question

I figured that out from the start...I always shoot a 5-spot then pull em'. I saw to many other posts where guys DID shoot the same spot; although it's cool to robinhood one...it is pricey

Re: NRA bashing and "archery hunters" against crossbow hunting!

Well let's see...I STILL hunt with a rifle, I can NO LONGER hunt with my compound, I can NO LONGER hunt with my recurve, so therefore I should NOT introduce my 15 year old son to bowhunting with a VERTICAL COMPOUND this coming bow season, nor should I introduce my 8 year old son to bowhunting at all...

Lumizone Scope Question

Gentlemen, I finally got the opportunity to shoot my xbow outside and dial the scope in out to 50 yards. The arrows chronographed at 264 fps. The Speed Ring on the scope is marked 250 then 275 then 300 and so on. Being that mine fell just about exactly halfway in between 250 and 275 that was where I...

Re: Trigger

Casper...no harm no foul...I think I understand now what the deal was with Dan Miller. My trigger has (what I consider to be) a good bit of travel. I can deal with the travel, but within that travel, there are 2 spots where it seems to hang up, or "catch". That sounds like something that D...

Re: Trigger

:? Casper...I have an Ibex and saw your initial post that Miller wouldn't work on it and my first thought was "oh well...guess I'll have to deal with it" then I saw that he was gonna work on it...and then he fixed it...my next thought was "well, maybe I should call him about mine and ...

Re: Trigger

Talked to Dan Miller today, he said he won't mess with the creep, so i guess I'm stuck with it this way. :( Just got my trigger back from Dan Miller today, all I can say is WOW! That thing is now almost creep free, smooth and light. I could not be happier. Thank you Dan Miller! :D :D :D :D :D :D :D...
