Re: Slick Tricks
Love them! They fly like field tips, lots of forward weight, make devastating entry & exits and were recommended by the man himself, Danny Miller.

Re: Weight vs speed
Personal preference is a big part of this sport. With that being said, listen to advice as to not reinvent the wheel but after some trial & error experimenting, go with what you prefer. No scope, fixed or mechanical, light or heavy. Shoot what you are comfortable with in making an accurate shot ...

Re: Tenpoint 6 Bolt Quiver - Where are they?
OK, the mystery has been solved thanks to Bob the Horizontal Hunter!
The quiver is a Bohning Lynx, not a Tenpoint and you can find them at the link below. Thanks Bob and all!!

Re: Tenpoint 6 Bolt Quiver - Where are they?
I looked there too, they have Wicked Ridge with six bolts but they're black and just not the same. Thanks for checking!
Anyone else know where I may find one? Thanks!

Tenpoint 6 Bolt Quiver - Where are they?
Hello, I saw a 2007 pic of a guy's Excalibur with a top mounted, camo, six arrow (bolt) quiver. I've searched and searched but can't find one. It said Tenpoint in red, I believe, on the top. When full of bolts, they appeared to be in a curved, half moon, 'C' (on it's side) layout instead of straight...

Re: Hawke 1.5-5x32 SR IR Crossbow Scope
Yes Sir., helped indeed. Other than the weight, is it basically a toss up between the DLX and the XB30? Thanks again guys.

Re: Hawke 1.5-5x32 SR IR Crossbow Scope
ahhh... I understand now. Thank you kindly Mr. Boo. How about the big rival between the new Excalibur Twilight DLX and the Hawke XB-30? I'm drawn to the 60 yard mark on the XB-30 but does that mean I may give up light compared to the DLX? My use is primarily in hunting situations. Thanks!

Re: Hawke xb-30 versus Excal Twilight Deluxe scope
Cool, I was searching for one thing and stumbled across you guys talking about what I've been debating, the Hawke or the Excalibur for my Equinox. I nearly bought the Excalibur but stopped when I found the Hawke and was even leaning toward the Hawke after reading up on them both. After reading the c...

Re: Equinox Bolts
If you try a new string and the firebolts are still not performing, stop the guessing and call Dan Miller, owner of Horizontal archery at 740 483 2312. If there's anyone, anywhere, who can help it's him, guaranteed! He's extremely, extremely knowledgeable, affiliated with Excalibur and a hell of a g...

Re: Equinox Bolts
I just got in six new Firebolts from BC with their luminocks installed and tipped them with 175 grain SlickTrick XBow Tricks. I've only hit my Block Target so far but the bolts are buried to the fletching at 30 yards. For the amount of money I have in these, I sure hope they do as well on the critte...
