i love mine for turkey hunting.that said i used mine in my dog house blind once and it worked great but their was a film on the inside of the blind.when i got home i read the warning on thermacell package and it said not for use indoors in tents or any enclosed area.i don't use inside my blind anymo...

bones we are hunting the matachewan area.2 guys are in pool 1 and applied for a bull tag as first choice and a cow tag as second choice.us other two applied for a cow tag individually but don't expect to be drawn.we are hoping at least for a cow tag.KITC

to start you unfortunately can't use natural scent in ontario now.i've bow hunted for 5 seasons and would use a scent drag of doe in estrus to my stand's shooting lane.i would make a false scrape under a branch and hang the scent drag on the branch at a height where the deer could stretch to smell.i...

Peter from excalibur got back to me right away with an email and suggested wd40 in the safety and trigger area.worked like a charm.i didn't want to do this without someone in the know's approval.all that rain this month while hunting was probably the reason.thanks to all for input. KITCH

phoenix trigger problems
when i cock my bow it doesn't catch.i have to manually push the trigger mechanism ahead and then recock it .has anyone else had this problem? is it a lubricating solution eg. oil or is it a spring problem?don't want to touch it until i know what i'm dealing with.

I use mechanical spitfire 100 grain broad heads and 3" fletchings on gold tip laser 11 arrows. I also pratice with spitfire 100 grain practise tips on the arrows i use for hunting. I find these are very accurate in practice and hunting and their 1 1/2" cutting diameter 3 blade is very effe...
