Re: munch mount problem

thanks for the replys. Loading the arrow from scope end or front still leaves the angle of contact with the spring the same so this did not help. Boo, chamfering the nock ends was the first thing I tried with no luck; perhaps a bit more would do it. I think bending the spring will be the only soluti...

munch mount problem

I installed a mucnh mount on my vortex and am experiencing a problem loading some arrows/bolts. As those of you that have them know you have to load the arrows backwards through the mount from the front of the crossbow. However, the angle you can load the arrow is now limited by the height of the mo...

Fletching flat nocked crossbow bolts?

Howdy, I have been a lifelong conventional archery nut but am new to crossbows. I would like to know how to refletch flat knocked crossbow bolts that don't have the conventional groved nock to anchor them in a fletching jig. I will be refletching carbon firebolts with luminoks. If I need to purchase...

I just finished sighting in my new vortex that came with four carbon firebolts. After "robinthooding" two at 25 yards and two at 50 yards! I no longer have any ammo left. Thus, the need for a warning for sighting in and shooting these awesome bows. WOW! Now can someone please let me know a...

luminoks and or tracers and which arrows

I would like to know which size luminok you all use with the carbon excalibur firebolts. Also if you use tracers which one fits the carbon firebolt? I am having a bit of a frustrating time trying to select which caron bolts to use and then which lighted nock to use with them. All help is appreciated...
