Here is the latest buck to show up at my feeder just a few days ago, the bigger bucks are starting to walk more now, this means the rut is getting ready to start, have to start logging time in the stand soon.

The ice breaker boot covers are much better than the arctic shield covers- much warmer they are thicker & come up much further on the boot, I have both kinds tried the arctic shields once & I havent used them anymore, get the xlarge ice breakers & put them on over a pair of 1000 gr. boot...

Safety & quiet are main concerns in setting up any tree stand.

50 yards is to far for ethical crossbow hunting unless someone shoots and practices everyday and fine tunes equipment over & over, 50 just to far for most hunters.
