Re: new 355 with questions
Welcome to the forum camper! Your strings will stretch with use and you will have to use your string remover to add twists to it to bring it up to the proper brace height. Make sure you twist the string in the same direction as it is now. Sight in your scope at twenty yards, then go to forty yards a...

Re: Matrix 330 which broadheads for Bear hunting
I don't understand this forums aversion to the Boltcutter broadheads. I have used them since I bought the beast 5 years ago. I have shot 4 bears with them and none went farther than forty yards. It is a tough uncompromising broadhead that has done the job for me every time. Damn near indestructible ...

spine finder
Hi everyone,
I want to build a spine finder with a deflection guage that I got for a birthday present. I have seen some on the net, but no measurements or technical data for a build. Can anyone that has built one help me out? Thanks all.

Hey Boofesters, have the time of your life and play safe.
Wish I could be there but it's just not in the cards this year. Don, I've been hearing on the net that you're approaching superhost status. Way to go!

Re: Fletching a arrow
Good advice guys. I use the coarse steel wool also. I find the glue adheres better if the carbon is scuffed up a little bit. What kind of vanes are you going with?

There will be a gold ring on my next scope when and if the ol Varizone packs it in. You picked a nice scope.

Re: Some broadhead failures
What, no boltcutters?
I'll save you the trouble. I use the exact same setup for my backstop. Full penetration without passthrough and no damage.
Thanks for the test results. If I were to switch, I would probably go with slick tricks.

Re: Target area
I made my back stop with a 4'x4' x3/4" plywood with 1/2" conveyor belting covering the plywood. It stops arrows from my beast very well. Happy shootin,
