OK, now I’m pissed! I got home from hunting yesterday and had the intention of putting my Exomax back into service, since I haven’t even strung it in about 4 years. I would only offer this advice, make sure you cannot slip your foot under an arrow, that could be very dangerous when uncocking the bow.

Thanks for that! The only way I decock is to shoot into a target, so that won’t be a problem.

I’ve got a question for the experts here. Will there be any adverse effects in using the Micro 16.5” bolts with the Ibex or Exomax?

Oh I know they will, but I’m 500 miles from home on a hunt. If I hadn’t prepared with an extra bow here, I’d be really pissed.

I’ve always used a single point 25 yard sight in, but I’m trying a Swarovski Z6 with a ballistic turret. It's working well, but I’m not sure I’ll remember to adjust the turret in the heat of the moment.
