Thanks for all the response guys,I never carry it on my back with a arrow,I do cock the bow before getting in my stand as I hunt most of the time in small hang on stands,very hard to cock bow on that small platform.It will not just slide up to fire but it is very easy to push,very little resistance....

I wipe the shafts with lacquer thinner first,then wipe them with denatured alcohol.After I set arrow in fletching jig I wipe it again with the alcohol in case I touched it.Also wipe the base of the fletching with the alcohol and let it dry, then apply the adhesive.For glue I use Locite super glue pr...

All the shaft components and shafts came from wyvern,should i have weighed the inserts,nocks shafts,fletching before building them and then do a spin test.Maybe also weigh the built shaft when I am done assembling them? THANKS EVERYONE

When I put the bow together where the string crosses the rail it appears to be out of square.You can pull the left limb back about an inch and this fixes the problem.If you use the back index marks on the rail,the string covers the mark on the left , is about 1/8 past the right index mark.Will this ...
