Re: Equinox Trigger
I drilled a hole in the bottom of the trigger guard and put what looks like an aluminum rivet into this hole, this rivet only touches the original trigger at its lowest point. The rivet then acts like a lever and greatly reduces the trigger pull as well as making it smooth as silk. And you dont thi...

Re: vortex stock seems noise
I have a vortex and there is only two things on there that will make noise unless maybe your sitting there tapping a song on it. It is one solid piece, how couldt it possibly make any noise? First thing is if you have a sling, the screws on the sling will dont seem to fully tighten up and rattle. Th...

Re: New Excalibur Scopes on Excalibur's Website!!!
I like the idea of being able to change the reticle between red and green, if i read it right. Your screwed if your colour blind thoughv  They look exactly the same to me so not something i would be rushing out to get. They also took the hints to make a better quality scope. Why couldnt they ta...

Re: Is anybody using these 2 bladed broadheads?
I have tries similair to the ashby type. They are just too big to fly like a smaller profile blade, groupings are massive. Not a good style for a crossbow. The only reason to use these would be to hunt the real big game like the buff. These are also extremely overpriced! You can pic the same style o...

Re: Arrow Weight Question
The question is more speed or power? I prefer heavier with a chisel tip BH. The big bones arnt such an issue then.
Also the heavier you go the quiter the bow will shoot.
Experimenting with arrows is half the fun of hunting. The arrow combo you are looking at will be a good starting point though.

Goldtips
Just wondering where you guys get your goldtips from?
Looking for an online store that sells goldtips kinetics, brass inserts, nocks, wraps and vanes. Be great if they sold slick tricks aswell. Dont want to buy from here and there.
Thanks!

Re: Vortex at 50 yards
Also make sure you are using the cocking rope. As said the further out you go the more all the little stuff comes into play. Are you using a rest or free hand? I use a sand bag on a bench for practicing 40 and 50 yard shots, and others just to check accuracy. I also try not to free had a 50 yard sho...
