Re: Outdoor card price and renew!!

Very, very different from down here. Not nearly as expensive as it initially sounded though. Isn't government wonderful....always seem to make a fine mess outa everything they touch. And finance their mess with your wallet.

Re: Target Idea

Now thats pretty darn cool. Really good idea. I just happened to buy a target tonight. I got the Rinehart 18-1. I have heard alot of good comments on it. We shall see. But I like your idea. I may try something similar to that myself in addition to the store bought target.

All three racks look really nice to me. Just gave me an idea. Really scary, considering I have no talent with wood working.

Re: O/T What do you do for fun?

Hunting is my true passion for sure. Had rather hunt than anything else. I do quite a bit of fishing during the warmer months though. Several years ago I got into metal detecting as well. Really fun pass time that I get a hankering for off and on now. Its that constant feeling of never knowing what ...

This Mr. Dan Miller, is he an Excal. rep., crossbow dealer, both, or what? I've heard his name on here many times followed by very good comments.

The Lumi-Zone is a 40mm objective lense. I am most sure that the Vari-Zone is a 32mm objective.

Re: The demise of my back pack..

I feel your grief. I have a tired old pack that has spent many a many a day in the deer woods with me too. Liner is worn out, and the bottom had a hole torn in it a couple of years ago. I sewed it up myself. Not gonna bury it yet.....but I know it would wise to start looking for a new one before too...

Re: Your opinion on best target?

Good stuff fellas. Really appreciate everyones input. I think I'll probably go ahead and get the Rinehart 18-1, and see how that does me. I'm sure no target is perfect, but we'll see what kinda service I can get from the 18-1. Thanks again fellas. Take care!
