Re: Trigger tech recall
Do you all happen to know what years an models this trigger recall is for? I have a 2010 Ibex with aluminum rail. Thanks! ....ToyTruck...The recall has NOTHING to do with Excalibur or any model of CB they have manufactured. Their OEM triggers have nothing to do with this "recall." The &qu...

Re: Armchair comandos dislike excalibur
In my opinion, some dealers don't want to carry excals due to the fact there is nothing to go wrong mostly. A lot of the other brands usually end up back in the shop which generates more income for the shop. I had a local shop that carried excals when I bought my ibex. I was still shopping around an...

Re: Good friend of mine hurt in tree stand fall
I broke my left ankle after a tree stand fall in '93 still my fault, pre safety vest days, just a belly safety belt which I took off to climb down. I grabbed a limb instead of a step that was screwed into the tree...limb broke and I landed on both feet. I crawled till after dark to get to my truck a...

Re: We warmed our gun barrels up today
I have done that, found only hair...an no deer, sick feeling I know. I believe the deer must have moved at the last moment before the shot. Hope you have better luck next time out.
My sisters would never even think of getting out an hunting, so you are very lucky my friend!

Re: Bad year in Virginia
I feel your pain...I usually take 3-4 deer every year, but only one 6pt with the .451 White muzzleloader so far. Missed a big doe with the Ibex in October an let several yearlings an two babies pass by. Now I'm not seeing anything in CF rifle season. No acorns anywhere I've been this year is the big...

Re: True, but funny
I got the Ibex for the same reasoning...should of had a nice fat doe in October, but overshot her (I think) never found the arrow or any sign of a hit. I never killed a deer with a bow of any kind, its more of a challenge than I thought, but its fun trying!!

Rangefinder??
Does anybody make a crossbow scope with internal rangefinder? If so, without breaking the bank? Seems that combo would save a lot of time and missed shots.
