Re: Phoenix for Moose
That package should be worth in $450 range. Just make sure you check for any crack in the limbs.
Cheers!

Re: Carbon Arrows/Shafts
I use excalibur firebolts.
Early in the Summer, one shot was missed at the target during a practice session. I found the broken bolt in the wood - a clean break in the middle. I don't have much experience with carbon bolts to tell if this is normal situation.

Re: Reusable Hand Warmers
I have one given to me as a promotion.
They work but last only up to 15-30 min. You will need many of them in the field for a full days hunt.
The disposable ones last a few hours each and are more practical.

Re: Crossbow storage
Mine stays strung from the end of Sept. 'till January 31, the whole bow season. After that I remove the dissipator bars and take off the string to relax the limbs. Come fall it's easy to reinstall. I feel it's better for the limbs, but who knows. Maple 2X Excalibur recommends removing the string an...

Re: VARIZONE FOGGED, NOW WHAT ?
I vaguely remember reading it somewhere that the Excalibur scopes have life time warranty.

Re: Anyone got an extra sting cocker??
A few of you mentioned that you attached the string cocker to the bow. I carry my string cocker along with a few other essential components in my fanny pack.
How do you attach the string cocker to the crossbow to make it safe?
