Hi I've also seen a doe with only one front leg. This one however looked like it was born with out it as there didn't appear to be any sort of shoulder blade. It just looked smooth like htere was never anything there. Watched it with such curiosity that it walked within 15yds and then out to 80yds a...

Re: nuts
Funny that you should mention this about the squirrle doing the planting. My buddy and I have been playing Johnny Appleseed for some time now. We take walnuts, acorns and chestnuts along when we float the river which we fish. We take a small gardening spade and will dig these in in areas which have ...

Five Months and One Day
It's been five months and one day since my first of two surgeries to remove a tumor from my colon. One to take it out and a later one to reverse the iliostomy that I had while the original surgery healed. Doctor said I couldn't draw my vertical bow or cock the ex-cal for at least four to six months....

Re: How To Remove Inserts
I normally use a field point screwed into the insert, with the point in a vise and then gently heat it up with either a lighter or a small butane torch. Heat very slowly and carefully!!! It will not take long or alot of heat. Keep pulling and twisting till it pops out. You will also have to clean ou...

Re: Led turn signals question
From what I know you may need the load resisters for two reasons. Led signal lamps require very little current to operate. This small amount of current may cause the lamp out light on your dash to come on as it's looking for a set amount of current. Any less current it thinks there is a lamp out, if...

Re: Just got off phone with MNR.
Ha ha ha!!! This thread brings back memeories. Been bowfishing since 1984 and have had several run in's with the mis informed authorities. To the best of my knowledge if the township or city bylaws classify a bow or crossbow as a firearm, then it is illegal to discharge one with in the city limits. ...

Hi to all. I know that I do not post alot here on the forum, but I do visit every day. I have a couple of questions. I have just gotten out of the hospital after some major surgery. Re: GPS
Hey flhtcuse
What do you want for your GPS ??? I may be interested. I have an old outdated garmin 12xl and I think it's time to upgrade. I mark everything, rubs, scrapes ,trails, beds, etc. It's a great help to set up ambush spots.
cheers

Shooters choice also offers both courses, but not sure who teaches it, possibly Dan Johnson. There is a third person who operates out of the Motorcycle training cent...
