Re: Anyone Use a Ghillie Suit? What Brand?
With the poncho type, I use a 1/8 piece of black shock chord that goes around it and my waste to keep it from catching on everything. Still catches on briars and multi rosa. How about the guilie suits? How they hold up in stickers and stick tights, cockle burrs? do the suits loadup on these?

Re: Aging Deer Meat/ advice and tips
If too hot to hang,,I take the racks and everything out of a Fridge I have in the garage and quarter it up and leave it in there with the temp gage showing about 38-40. Have left them in the fridge for up to 7-8 days and works fine. Then cut it up and clean my mess up and do it all over.

I have a leafie poncho that I sometimes wear that has added string material for the guile type also. Works great for me and not as hot a total suit.

An 1/8 give or take, to me is a lot. How long have you had the scope? Could you maybe have moved the speed ring any?

Ground Blind Usage?
How many of yas, use a ground blind? I have never used one, but got a good deal on Ebay for a Ameristep Doghouse which is 11 pounds and goes up super easy in a couple of minutes, and down about the same time. As I get older, figured someday would have to use them vs. tree stands, so going to occasio...

Petzel Tiki 2 headlamp. High, low, beam of white, red beam also, 3 rechargeable AA batteries last about 100 hrs on low beam, had it 4 maybe 5 yrs now, used it backpacking, hiking, hunting, fishing, as its a beater and works good enough for me. No need to light up the entire woods and let the deer kn...

Re: A few trail cam pics
Nice pics,,and nice to see deer around corn. I previously posted about 3 weeks ago,,our deer weren't touching corn here, I checked the edges of a couple of fields this morning and no tracks where there should be as well as trails in and out of the corn and not a ear touched. Our corn is brown now, a...

Re: Rethinking my Montecs
Use the broadhead you feel most comfortable with reguardless of what type it is. When your confindence level is highest, everything works and makes you feel the most comfortable and confident and happy. No second guesses when your at that level. Good hunting.
