Should the serving go past the ss stoppers, will your string get damaged if it only goees halve way accross the stopper, would it be a good idea when you reserve to make it go past the stoppers?

The rectangles on my Dads fish are from sitting in the ice cooler. It was pretty stuffed and his was the top fish, had to tie down the lid, we were in my brothers jetboat at the time.

I also am a knife nut. My favorite the buck, hard as hell to sharpen but keeps its edge. On a guiding trip you can imaging my surprise when the guide and his helpers all wiped out excacto knifes(box cutters) to skin the animal. As sharp as my buck is or any knife out there, its hard to beat the shar...
