Being also new at this, my groups tightened up big time by numbering my arrows, some shoot Alot better than others, when I sight in I use the same arrow over and over again! I know it's more walking but knocks out any variables in arrows!

I also have the xb30 on my vortex. Love it, very clear, nice at dawn and dusk! The lighted circular rings are awesome, you can adj the brightness or turn them off completely. Heavy, no worse than a good gun scope!

Flemish strings are weird that way! I always wondered why Boo won't give a length to guys about how long the string should be!
