The suppression system is amazing. If you remove it and hear the difference you will definitely want it back on the crossbow.

Wheelie, thanks for the reply. I just removed the STS from the crossbow and fired three bolts. The first one was 300, and the second and third was 301 FPS. No difference in speed, but I will tell you that the STS system really dampens the sound and vibration. I could not believe the difference with ...

I just purchased an Exocet 200 and am so delighted with it I can't stand it. Anyway, I was shooting this morning and decided to shoot some bolts through the chrono. The best I can do is 301 FPS.
