Re: Muck Boots

I have some too. When I was looking for the right pair I was told to go one size up when I got Mucks, and I didn't listen. Mine are a perfect fit when I wear normal socks, and it is like cruising the woods in my favorite running shoes. But when it gets cold (real cold) I don't have the room for hea...

Muck Boots

I needed to replace my old hunting boot. Read several reviews on them so I decided to make the purchase. I picked up a pair of Woody Max today. I asked the salesman what's so special about them and he said, all he knows is that everyone who buys them is happy with their purchase! Any owners of a Muc...

Scent Free

Just wondering and looking for different option on what everyone is using to store their hunting clothes between hunts? I used a large Husky Contractor Clean-Up Bag for my clothes and put them in a large storage container along with my boots. I've seen the Carbon storage bags but they are all to sma...

Re: Would you take a shot at 80yds?

80yds is a long way! I don't think you would want
to try it in the hard woods. Maybe in an open field.
I would have to say no! Too many variables!

Looks good Dereck! Add a strap to carry over your
shoulder and your all set! All you need now is a good
patent lawyer!

Lucky Day

I don't know why but Oct. 7Th has been a good day in the
woods for me! Other than both openers archery
and gun, this is a day I'm hunting! Any day in the woods is
a good day! Is there a day that stands out as an
exceptional day for you?

Re: POLL - are fawns fair game?

Deer hunting is an expensive sport. With that said I think it's up to the hunter whether he or she chooses to take a yearling. I'm with onebigskittle allot of button buck are taken. Here in Michigan we have our fair share of deer. As for me I will pass on a yearling and I wouldn't look down on anyon...

Re: Tripod Hunting Stand

I use the Big Game "Pursuit" Tripod it's a 12' portable the
legs fold together. Weighs about 60lbs great for moving
around. Cabelas has them in their Bargain Cave right now
for $129.99 reg $179.99. I think its a decent stand, serves my
purpose well!

Re: Axiom Stock Extender

I don't believe they make one in your camo pattern?
I think the Hardwoods HD is closer to your pattern
out of the two offered. The game you harvest will
never know. Welcome to the forum!
