Re: Trigger tech recall
Wow, quite a thread! I've been away on business and just noticed this one. I see lots of talk about our warranty and how we're picking on Trigger Tech, nowhere do we specifically say anything about Trigger Tech in our warranty. Since day one aftermarket parts have always voided our warranty since it...

Re: We need more moderators !
The problem is we need to update the version of this forum. We currently have every anti-spam program going for this style of software the problem is its old. Our I.T. guy Mark has a new version running as a test, once we know it's working properly we will install the new version. I will let everybo...

Re: Old Buck :(
Kevin, so sorry to hear this. We were just talking about your Dad Friday before you left on vacation to go turkey hunting. All of us here at work were saddened by the news, our thoughts and prayers are with you.

Re: SPAM
We try to keep things clean best we can but today we had some sort of spam-storm hit us! We are currently testing a new version of the software to minimize spam, spam its really annoying. Kevin and I are doing testing on the new forum system and if all is good it will be up ASAP. Hopefully i...

Re: Excellent costumer's service
Don't worry Dawn will email you soon asking why you didn't send the bad scope back in ... That is where the cost comes in ... Part of the deal is we do need the old scopes back so if we don't get them back Dawn will certainly be contacting you. :D Normally, we need the scope returned to us before w...

Re: Excalibur Marketing Dude - New Cocker
I really have little information I can share at this point of any new cranks we will be releasing in the future. However, when we do release any new products all information will be available on our website and I will make sure everybody here knows the details.

Re: new EXC3 crank
We actually don't have any photos of the new crank and I have not seen a production model yet so its pretty early days. The photo in the link is not it.
I have no specs or information to share at this point but I suspect you will see the C3 sometime late this summer.

Re: Excalibur crossbows ( on the left side of the page)
On the list of Excalibur crossbows... There is NO Micro 335 showed on the list??? If you click on the "Excalibur" logo it will take you to the home page where all the crossbows are listed on the left. For some strange reason you can't see them all from the forum view. We are currently wor...

Re: Bulldog 400 Chronograph Results
We totally agree that a crossbow should shoot close to what is advertised since that is what people are buying. Every new model goes through extensive testing which includes speed testing. I remember Bill and I spending an entire day a few years ago shooting different models with various arrow setup...

Re: GRIZZ2 not lifetime warranty?
Here is our official response to the warranty question: It has come to our attention there is some confusion surrounding the warranty attached to the NEW Excalibur MATRIX GRZ 2. We would like to ensure everyone that all Excalibur Crossbows, including the GRZ 2, feature our Limited Lifetime Warranty ...

Re: GRIZZ2 not lifetime warranty?
The GRZ2 does have the same limited lifetime warranty as all of our crossbow models, it's not 5 years as noted in that ad. Its obviously a misprint.

Re: Why does most justify a crossbow with an injury??
I've been working in the crossbow industry for quite a few years now and have done a lot of trade shows. After a few days of talking to crossbow hunters you start to feel more like a doctor than a crossbow sales guy. :D All conversations start with " I used to shoot a _____ bow but since I hurt...
