Re: Bulldog 400 Chronograph Results
We totally agree that a crossbow should shoot close to what is advertised since that is what people are buying. Every new model goes through extensive testing which includes speed testing. I remember Bill and I spending an entire day a few years ago shooting different models with various arrow setup...

Re: GRIZZ2 not lifetime warranty?
Here is our official response to the warranty question: It has come to our attention there is some confusion surrounding the warranty attached to the NEW Excalibur MATRIX GRZ 2. We would like to ensure everyone that all Excalibur Crossbows, including the GRZ 2, feature our Limited Lifetime Warranty ...

Re: GRIZZ2 not lifetime warranty?
The GRZ2 does have the same limited lifetime warranty as all of our crossbow models, it's not 5 years as noted in that ad. Its obviously a misprint.

Re: Why does most justify a crossbow with an injury??
I've been working in the crossbow industry for quite a few years now and have done a lot of trade shows. After a few days of talking to crossbow hunters you start to feel more like a doctor than a crossbow sales guy. :D All conversations start with " I used to shoot a _____ bow but since I hurt...

Re: Broken limb tip (again!)
I'm sure the arrows were placed the right way (I always double check), but I use illuminated arrows (Excalibur) - maybe those are to slippery? The Lumenok equipped arrows have been pretty good and we don't see issues with them but we did see issues with other lighted nocks that were really shiny an...

Re: Broken limb tip (again!)
Mr. Troubleshooter, Sorry to hear of the issues you're having. Limb tip breaks historically happen when too much energy is exerted to the string which is normally caused by the arrow not being properly seated against the string. It is possible to have a faulty tip but that is much more rare. We also...

Doing a good job sometimes is like peeing your pants in a dark suite ...you get a warm feeling but no one notices.

Re: C2 crank on a Micro 335
I just tried a C2 on the Micro in my office and it fit perfectly. Is it just the hole not lining up? Your stock could have a mis-drilled hole, if you look closely at the area around the hole if there is any mark from the dowel on the stock it will show this. Sometimes opening the hole slightly with ...

Re: Updated Matrix 380 Riser
Our first goal is to get people back in the field so they can continue their hunt. Unfortunately, sometimes we need to rush things through to make it happen quickly and the result is not always cosmetically pleasing. This can occur with limbs too when we can't perfectly match the camo. We decided to...

Re: So just how good is the Matrix 350 SE ?
not questioning the function. im sure by now everyone knows there aint much science to any of these models. what i would wanna know though is if they took old parts and painted them to make a new model. if you took a returned or blemished item anywhere and threw a new coat of paint on it then its n...

How about this?A longer length of pull. My matrix 380 seems awful short for me.

Re: New micro 335 string issues
String issues are not really all that common. If your string just shows indents from the trigger claws in the serving that is 100% normal and does not mean the string is worn. These crossbows are holding a lot of weight so impressions in the serving are normal. If it is actually tearing the serving ...
