its easy to do with the rope cocker, and you dont have to worry about finding a rock with your arrow. JUST REMEMBER TO TAKE THE ARROW OUT BEFORE YOU UNCOCK IT!!!!! OR IT COULD BE A BAD DAY OF HUNTING

I went through the same thing making my mind up. I seen a reveiw on crossbows and the noise difference at 3 feet was not as much as I was told. They are both fine bows, but I like the simplicity of the excals. So I decided on the vortex now that I have it and have shot it I am very happy with my cho...

I am new to crossbows. I just bought a vortex w/lumizone lite stuff package after much research. This bow is great! I love shooting it. Deadly accurate, easy to work on. don't know why anybody would buy something else. can't wait until fall, i will be hunting whitetails mostly, my question is which ...

I just got my new vortex love it ! I work in a machine shop and some of our parts come in wraped in shrink wrap . we pack it tight into a cardboard box about the size of a t.p. box so you can put more than 1 target on it . you can put garbage bags on it to keep it dry or bring it in when your done s...
