Antlers

Had a buck walk across my yard this morning still had both sides on his head . I have shot bucks late Dec. with only one horn on or come off dragging them . But Feb. isn't that getting late ?

Just wondering and no bashing here, is the crank somewhat water tight? Is there any concerns of rust or corrosion with any internal parts due to moisture as in rain? Thanks...

Is the 308 Shorty a bullpup ?
Mike : I don't think it is . It says it has a compact thumb hole stock . I think it has a shorter length of pull than normal.
Looks like a nice bow .

Scope Guys

Maybe I'm dumb. But could someone explain to me why you can take a duplex rifle scope and adjust the power setting and have the end of the top post be 20 yards cross hairs be 30 and bottom post be 40 . But I was told it won't work on a rifle scope with say a B.D.C reticle . But it does on a crossbow...

Re: Best add-ons for Grizz2?

I'd upgrade the scope rings. The factory supplied ones leave a lot to be desired. Yes , That would be my one and only complaint with the factory setups . Anything we buy in life could be upgraded , But Goose is right I don't think more venison is put on the table with them. But if you want them go ...

Re: Another look at 100 yard shooting

I shoot a lot out to 80 yards . I felt I was good enough to extend my deer shooting range to 60 yards for this last year . I had a very big 4 x 5 muledeer ranged at 75 yards . He milled around for 1/2 hour as far out as 100 but never closer than 75. I knew that the tip of my bottom post hit dead on ...

Re: assassin reveal

Very interesting . Is it what I'm looking for in a bow ? Maybe not. But I can sure appreciate all the work that it took to design this bow. And I think it will open up the eyes of crossbow shooters that never would look at an Excalibur ( yes there are a lot of them out there). Also it's another plat...

B.D 330 Not bad

Just got done shooting the new Bulldog 330 , Not a bad bow . The stirrup has a rubber coating on it and it has the limb suppression system. Scope is the dead zone. It has what I think is a powder coating on the rail not high polish but is slippery if that makes sense . Has a 3 arrow quiver with opti...

Re: What Happened

It looks like the Matrixs will still be there only in the B.D style . I would think sale trends decide these things .The Micros might be out selling the Matrix line. And just think how we all have been answering the surveys that have been out there the last few years . I will miss the matrix line bu...
