I use the montec 140's out of my exomag .Took a moose straight in the chest and he died in ten yrds. Took a 4 pionter 2 weeks later with the exact same broadhead and he died within 200yrds . Good head but i think im going to try the wasp broadheads this year. would like to try what bill and kath rec...

Im thinking of buying my son a vixon when he is twelve that is the leagle age to hunt deer in ontario. I know it has plenty of punch for whitetails so i wont have to worry about penetration i think all i" have to do is modify the stock. but i"ll probubly have to talk to bill on that onell

I like morelands idea. That would deffinatley make your bow personal. To me I think the bear is the altimate prediter. After baiting them for four years and watching them they have my full respect they can honestly walk like ghosts in the bush.

I like to put bait just on the edge of the bush. Then i dont walk in and disturb bedded deer .Plus if the bait pile is in the bush the will feed any time of day . Then i would leave just for a evening spot. My brother and i have done this alot and it works 99.9 % of the time.

awsome wabi! I shot a 47 inch bull moose with that same hornady xtp went right through the shoulder and only lost two grns when we weighed it P ut the moose down right there on the spot.

Your meat will be just fine .
