I go bowhunting for moose every other year. I nailed a nice 37 inch bull last year at twenty yards he went maybe ten feet. I used my exomag with gold tip arrows and a 140 grn montec.

John Im still going to stick to my answear on the wieght but I would still try to measure the paw print on that dude. I can just smell the backstraps wrapped with bacon on the b.b.q mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm!

Ive baited bears for a few years and by looking at the picture and seeing how low his belly is to ground and his head being short blocky and ears short and fairly wide apart he is well into the 300 lb mark wich is a dandy size for a blacky. What grain of montec are you shooting with four inch feathers? I currently shoot 140grn montecs with gold tips out of my exomag because they hit right where the points are on my max zone scope at the yards the scope claimes.Plus have you seen the new wasp boss in a four blade ? Woody thats a great price for a target if it takes alot of shots. THE BLOCK at the bow shop in waterloo ONT sells for about 90 bucks.
