Re: Who Misses The Old Bows
I don't miss them either, because that's all I own! ( maybe too many!) I guess one could say I " modernized" by jumping into the Matrix series but I don't have a desire or need for any more bows. I would have a problem if I had to choose one though! Also, I kinda like the peep sights and p...

Shoulder surgery
Is it possible to change strings or adjust brace ht. Using the C2 crank? Just had shoulder surgery and can't pull rope cocking aid. Never tried this before.
Thanks

Re: Warranty Dept
Just received email from them yesterday that they were sending my replaced limbs on my riser. They gave me a ups tracking number. It was a pretty quick turnaround considering the holiday.
So, yes they are there and working till today anyway. Hope this helps.
Happy New Year,
Tom

Re: Matrix Limb
Yes I called warranty and they were really good. Said I could just send in riser with limbs and they would take care of it. I had the option of them sending me new limbs but I didn't want the trouble with getting the bolts out.
Thanks

Stringing aid
I noticed the newer stringing aids have a flat bottom with half round top. The older ones are just a circle. Can the newer ones be used with both long limb older models as well as Matrix series bows ? Also, the plastic tubing that is over the string is getting chewed up. Can the stringer be used wit...

Matrix Limb
While checking brace height on my Matrix 350se I noticed the string was not centered on the middle of the left limb. Further inspection from the limb tip looking in revealed a slight twist in the left limb.
Is this a big problem? Could the string loop cause this?
Thanks

Firebolts by Easton
Does anyone know who still sells the original Easton Firebolt ? All I can find is the Black Eagle Firebolts. Did Easton stop making them for Excalibur ?

Re: Made in China ???
Ya, Black Eagles shafts are produced entirely off shore. Easton had one line, BLOODLINE or AXIS, whichever they used for Excal shafts that was produced in the US. I wasn't sure which shaft the firebolt was made from. Otherwisee, virtually all carbon shafts are imported. They are component assembled...

Made in China ???
So, just received my Firebolts in the mail. When I inspected the box, as I always do, I came across " Made in China " on the back.
I thought they were all made in Canada. Has anyone else noticed this?

Re: Swhacker 150 crossbow broadhead
Shot a doe tonight with the 150's. 25 yard shot double lung. Deer ran 60 yards stopped for 10 seconds and fell over. Between ribs going in, hit rib going out. Found bolt in sandy soil, with one blade missing. I am thinking it broke off on the exiting rib hit. Nice 3" slice thru lungs. congrats...

Re: Swhacker 150 crossbow broadhead
Them 150s would fly awsome on a easton 2219 alluminum .The 150 grain and a 30 grain insert. ....perrfect together. Its nice to see some heavier heads coming out. Yes, I agree longbow joe. First I've seen a 150 grain mechanical. Wondering if it would fly good on the top of Firebolts or Diablo bolts?...
