Am I correct that you are shooting 2 Exocet 200's? and 1 has the speed ring maxed out.
Time permiting you could swap the 2 scopes, that would isolate if the issue is with the scope, the mounting, or the bow.

Which ever one presents a shot first.
If they both showed at the same time, I'd shoot the 2nd one, looks like heavier 1/4s.

95% of the deer I have shot are 1 shot kills, and (touch wood ) I have never lost a deer.
