Re: What grain broadhead for Firebolts
OK anyone have experience with the stock firebolt as it comes with the axiom SMF kit with aluminum inserts and x-act mechanicals? I am just worried about the 100gr x-act being a little too light and unstable but would like to have the little extra speed to help outrun the string spook. You have to r...

Re: Received my new Axiom today!
Ok got my axiom out and examined and it has the same "glitch" almost like the limb assembly is shifted to the right a frog hair. I can honestly say i don't think it is affecting things as i had the unpleasant experience of a robin hood at 40 yards today, who'da thunk at 40 yards you still ...

Re: Ontario antlerless deer draw results are in folks...
I don't know how ya'll do it. I live in NC and here depending on where you live get either 4 antlerless and 2 antlered or 2 antlerless 2 antlered and 2 either sex tags. THEN you can get unlimited bonus antlerless 2 for $10. In fact i have heard rumors from wildlife agents that they are going to go t...

It just keeps getting better
Just spent about an hour practicing on my oddball yardages. Once I beat it into my head that 35 yards was halfway between the top of 40 chevron and the TOP of the 30 chevron (rather than the bottom) and so forth i was able to get my shots down and dialed in pretty darn good. So as I said the more i ...

Re: Please ! A little help (firebolts)

Re: Groupings @ xx Yards
Well i finally got to stretch it out to 40 yds tonight and was grouping 4 arrows in about 3" free hand (and trust me i cant groupd that well with a rifle so it must be the xbow!!) The more i shoot this thing the more i am impressed. I now have a range finder an S-5 system, 6 pack of firebolts, ...

So where abouts in NC folks. I am in Stokes county, but most of my hunting is done in rockingham county and cumberland county. Brother has 100 acres in rockingham and hunt a co-workers land in cumberland. Also going to be doing some hunting on Fort Bragg this year (they have awesome set-up there)

Re: Axiom brace hieght and string break in
That is the issue i am having, it doesn't have the 2 lines anywhere. I plan to switch to the flemish once i have more experience. (following boo's theory that at some point in the first year there is a higher chance of an accidental dry fire)
Thanks
