arrow removal

:( spend more time trying to pull out arrows, from my block target! do not even want to shoot groups heck, i'll ruin the fletching on half my arrows. (i use carbon shafts) tried to use a grip type puller, it slides on the shaft more than my hand. arrow lube would make it easier to pull out, but woul...

Re: xbow sight

yes, the price is steep, about the same for a scope. as i have mentioned before, i want to use open sights, i to only shoot to 30 yds., so there is no need for a scope at this time. i feel that the sight on my exocet is some what fragile,i am a stickler for quality bow sights. i have had some horror...

Re: brace height

thanks for the replies, i kind of thought that i may as well leave it alone. i do not even have 50 shots on her yet, already waxed string and lubed serving. no sense in fixing it if it is not broke.... jody5050

brace height

good day, was wondering about brace height. my string is even with the rear line on the rail, with about 1/2" away from my s5 pads. however i am shooting fist size groups @30 yds., :) with open sights. should i adjust it or leave it alone? does seem kind of noisy. this is my first time shooting...

Re: strings and fletching

want a durable, accurate, long lasting string. i was under the assumption that fletching was only to be straight or offset. did not think straight would work, bh will not fly well. offset should be better, but helical? won't that cause wear on the fletch and hinder accuracy. think you to all that re...
