The bow came already strung. All I did was a little wax. Not sure what happened

Its looks like a few of the strings broke I did wax it prior to shooting. I didnt put any twists on it prior to shooting

Just starting shooting my new Axiom. Its shooting great but the problem is I only have shot about 50 bolts through it and the serving is coming apart and the rest of the string looks like its coming apart. New to Crossbows. Strongly looking at the Vortex mainly for Deer and possibly turkey. Need suggestions for scope, bolts and what broadheads to use any suggestions would be very helpful
