Looks alot better for sure.I have I mean HAD a bad habit of sitting in my stand with my exomax on the rail and holding it with my whole hand in the strike zone. But after these horror stories I realize that is entirely to much faith in a safety. NO MORE OF THAT FOR ME. Thanx for the wakeup call :oops:

Wow always wondered what kinda damage that would do. its real easy to forget that your in much danger with your fingers or thumb in that area, But this is a very good example of what can happen. Wake up call for me for sure. Hope everything heals well bro sorry for your mishap,

Good job. Only allowed one buck a year here in Ohio. A few years ago I shot what I thought was a year and a half old Doe. When I got out of the stand and walked over to it. It was a 5in. Spike.Anything over 3 1/2 inches has to b checked in as a buck. Lucky for me ....I guess...never had a nice buck ...

Glad to hear things ok. That's always scary.
I also carry my phone on vibrate when hunting. Although I have no service in two of the three places I hunt lol
