Re: Using Excalibur Bow Stringer

If stringing aid is longer than string how can it pull limbs back to far to cause damage to limbs? Think about it!

Nikon bolt vs shadow zone scope

Would I see an improvement going to a Nikon bolt from a Shadow Zone scope. The lighted cross hair is useless in low light. The shadow zone is no difference with scope or with out.My VarII Leopold rifle scope is better looking thru scope than eyes alone in low light. Is there a better scope for low ligh...

Re: Budget arrow options

You will not get a straighter more precise shaft than aluminum at any price.I only hunt with my crossbow not a lot of target shooting.I am more likely to loose an arrow than bend one.If you shoot a lot the carbon would cost less in the long run.

Re: Salute to Vixenmaster expert string maker

Mike agreed to reserve two Excalibur strings for me.I wanted to learn myself, but not going to happen this year.I am going to see if I can get a coworkers string trimmer running for them.It is good to help people out.Generosity should be contagious like a yawn!

Re: Could someone explain (arrow question)

I shoot aluminum arrows (2216) also! I don't know why more people don't use them! I am sure BEE arrows are good. But for a low price you get the most consistent arrow to arrow with Aluminum.I am more likely to lose one than bend one!

Re: best cross bow bolts

I am shooting 2216 aluminum's out of my Vortex.I don't target shoot that much.I plan on losing the arrows out hunting so I went to Aluminum's for the lower price. You will have get the recommended carbon arrows to get the consistency from arrow to arrow. If you are going to target shoot allot carbon w...
