What difference does the weight of a broadhead make? Is it distance, killing power, or neither. What would the difference be between a 100gr and a 150gr be , besides 50gr.

I love the climbing stands and find them quite safe but you have to be extremly careful, and like mentioned before practice and have a plan that will work if you do happen to fall. Some good ideas guys, I used some high density foam but the arrows are hard to pull out.

Just sighted in my new Axiom

Well I just sighted in my new Axiom crossbow, not that it took very much, a click down and a couple to the right and Bullseye!! Had a friend stop in while I was doing it, just got it dead on at 20 yards and moved it to 50 yards, he said that I wouldn't be able to touch it at that distance, 4 arrows ...

Well thanks guy's for the replies it is much appreciated, and I will let you know how the hunting goes, our deer season here just closed (New Brunswick, Canada) so I will have to wait until next year. Hey guys and gals this is probably a stupid question but can you use the arrows that come with the Axiom SMF kit wiith broadheads or just the field points?
