It has passed the First two readings, passed Committee without amendment and is waiting to go back to the "House" for 3rd reading. We're waiting for 3rd reading, since it came back just before Christmas holidays (I suspect late Jan/Early Feb for 3rd reading). Then the process of 2 readings...

Derek; Was that HST or was it duty that was paid? I've never had to pay duty, but I've been dinged for HST. Also, only use USPS/Canada Post. Crossbows are not considered firearms by CBSA nor the CFC. Just have the seller pack it up and ship it (so long as it's ok to do so on the US side).
