Re: Wild Game Cooking

Made a great stuffing (moose burger, onions, mushrooms, red pepper, a dab of salsa & a good shot of Florentine spinach & cheese pasta sauce). Oven roasted a halved Spaghetti Squash. Ran a fork through the cooked squash to bring out the "noodles" it is named for, then dumped a good ...

Re: Management Doesn't Care

I COMPLETELY Concur ComfyBear. Been around this site for a rather long time. Made more than a few great Friends. And yes, was part and parcel of the sense of " Community " that this Forum used to bring with it. I find it more than sad that the powers-that-be have simply abandoned this once...

Re: Wild Game Cooking

https://i.imgur.com/jCqxdfq.jpeg Was my birthday on Sunday. Saved a good sized chunk of Moose Tenderloin from this year's bull just for the occasion. Although already cut with your fork tender, I marinated it for several hours prior to hitting the BarBee. https://i.imgur.com/pnFho64.jpeg Dropped on...

Re: Wild Game Cooking

Put the new BarBee together yesterday. Bit of an effort there alright, but it's done and she looks good: https://i.imgur.com/7syWhdp.jpeg Could not make up my mind between Lamb or Moose Tenderloin for my Birthday. The Missuz said Do Both. So Lamb the day before then as the first meal to break in the...

Re: Wild Game Cooking

A good Buddy dropped off a nice bag of Magnum Prawns yesterday. So, skewered them up right away and dropped onto a hot BarBee. Maple Bacon wrapped Scallops done in the oven at the same time. https://i.imgur.com/WAKwRxR.jpeg Served up with a fresh Avocado ranch Salad, Avocado and of course a fine win...

Re: Help!!!!

The following Email was sent today to Excalibur: Hello Folks, I have been an Excalibur Crossbow Owner for over 14 years. I had several of the older wide limb series over time, and now have 2 Matrix 380's and a Bulldog 400 hanging on the wall behind me. I practice often with these, and hunt them a lo...

Re: Help!!!!

The "new" owners of Excalibur could not care less apparently. This forum was an excellent source of information, and an excellent way to promote the product (at a relatively inexpensive rate). Now, even with sales dropping off some, those same owners continue to ignore both this forum, and...
