Re: What arrow weight do you prefer?

I would also add that designing an arrow that flies well with a 100 grain broadhead and is in the 400-425 total arrow weight is pretty important to me. Alot more choices in that broadhead weight.

Lots of combo's work perfectly but this is a very good happy medium. IMO anyway. 8)

I agree. 400-425 makes a very nice hunting arrow for deer.

I think the last few years they usually reveal a little bit before that.

2016 New Bows and Accessories

Haven't been on much so maybe I have missed it but isn't it around this time Excal comes out with the new lineup. I have heard some rumors but would like to see if they are true. Would really like to see what/if there is a new crank cocker.

The turned out well. http://i417.photobucket.com/albums/pp255/cspot12/photo%201_zpsbknyrzyu.jpg http://i417.photobucket.com/albums/pp255/cspot12/photo%202_zpspc8rtouv.jpg http://i417.photobucket.com/albums/pp255/cspot1...

Re: Cutting down rail - warranty?

If you can cock it ok now, I would just stick with it. Rumor is they will have a lower poundage Micro next year, so you could sell the 335 and buy one of those then and not have to worry about warranty. The other rumor is that they will have a new crank later this year as well so I would wait to see...

Re: Can someone help me pick an arrow for my Micro? :)

Clint I have been using 16" BEE's with 110 grain insert and 100 grain heads. I need to do some more testing, but I like what I have seen so far.

Got rid of the Matrix 380 for a Micro. Cutting arrows to 16", but other than that the setup will remain the same.

Re: Short arrows

Boo is right. The EZ Fletch Bolt works great. I am using 16" BEE's with 110 grain insert, 100 grain heads with 2" Blazers fletched with the EZ fletch. I have tested in the Micro, but I need to check in my 330 though. I am expecting them to shoot well in it as well.

Re: Arizona EZ Fletch Bolt first fletch job

Looks good to me. It is pretty much idiot proof and that is why I like it as well. The only tip I can give you is when you release it to close up the arms make sure to go slow. If you go fast sometimes the vanes will slide up the shaft. I found the loctite gel glue (in blue bottle I think) works the...
