I just got an 01 or 02 vixen; the one with a sticker on the side in red. It only has one brace height mark that is 1 inch from the rail to riser joint. My excel string that came with my 2011 phoenix sets at 1 and 7/8 inches from the rail/riser joint on this bow. I believed i have untwisted it as far...

It's a machined riser w/ mag tips. Now it looks like ill actually get this one. Can I expect same speeds outta this one as I would w/ the vixen 2? Pretty excited

Does anybody know of a paint that will not chip? I blacked out my phoenix using krylon fusion paint and twice the finish on the limbs has come off. Starting to regret that I ever did it.
