Has anyone used a trigger stick to support their crossbows. Do they work ok or am I gonna have to start working out?

Another mountain climbed!! :D Nice set up. :D Thanks Frisky, I gave all that equipment away after my shoulder broke down on me, was outta the game for about 30 years but due to my state opening up to crossbow hunting I'll be back in the timber this fall for sure! :D I'm really looking forward to it.
