Wow, sent Excalibur a e-mail at around 3:00 and within a few hours I had a response saying that a replacement would be sent.
I can't remember when I last had customer service like this.

Where can I get a new set of dissipator pads for my new Equinox? I bought this bow new and after 6-7 shots I noticed the dissipato pad on the one side had came off the bar.
