Re: My flemish string settled in nicely!

Is the serving centered to the rail?
Looks like it extends over into the left stop and not the right.
Does this even matter?

The best thing anyone can do is not get heated up to the p...

How many arrows can you store in the holder? It looks like a dozen. That is a good number.
Thanks,

Re: Flemish Strings

Boo is absolutely correct. It is something most people do overlook, and the guys making crossbow strings know all to well when they do their own testing. It is one reason why you should have two strings of identical construction shot in, and ready to go before the season starts. You have shot them ...

Re: Flemish Strings

I also recently put a Flemish dyna flight string on my Eclipse. I noticed an overall increase in accuracy. The one thing that did puzzle me was I had to bump the scope up two clicks. If the bow is shooting faster wouldn't I have had to decrease the elevation? I lost an argument w/ Boo about this, i...

Re: Flemish Strings

When you say bump up, do you mean up on vertical adjustment? ‘Yes’ 2 clicks up for elevation. Left & right was smack on, no adjustment needed. I was shooting from the 20-yard distance I originally shot the bow in with the factory installed string. I wish I had a chronograph. I really don’t see ...

Re: X-Act Mechanical Broadhead ??

in my experience, if you made a hit hard enough to damage a blade and a retaining clip then the aluminum surrounding the clip is also damaged(expanded) and a new clip/blade will not fix it. The head is damaged beyond repair. Have a good look before you try to repair it. This has happened to me a nu...
