Re: Ideas On How To Display / Store Xbow’s
Parker SxS, Is that a para cord sling? Where did you find it? It looks great with your bow. Congrats on the bow hanger, it sure looks a lot nicer than my 1x6 and hangers. Yes, and an awsome sling at that. :D EBay with free shipping. http://www.ebay.com/itm/36-Paracord-Rifle-Sling-Black-w-Swivels-Su...

Re: decocking mistake (learning the hard way 101)
Looks like a rifle with a paracord sling sitting in a 3pt. rest on a real cool portable shooting table. Wouldn't mind seeing a pic or two of your table. :D ‘Rock steady’ Bullzeye I built this shooting bench about 12 years ago. Bought the folding table legs for under $20.00 at Harbor Freight. The en...

Re: decocking mistake (learning the hard way 101)
I could easily see myself getting out there in the woods early one morning and realizing I forgot the rope cocker. :( Sure would be comforting to know I have a spare in either my daypack or close by in the Jeep. :D I always hook my rope cocker on the bow, so all I have to do is draw it back,...

decocking mistake (learning the hard way 101)
Remember always use both hooks on the cocking rope with a hook on each side and the rope in the groove and the one handle hold. The wrong way, one hook on one side, holding one handle, my arm took the full force of a release. Needless to say I now need to buy a new rope cocker. The one handle hit th...

Re: Ideas On How To Display / Store Xbow’s
This is what I threw together quickly based upon what I remembered seeing on the Excalibur instructional DVD. http://i1053.photobucket.com/albums/s471/mcgyvermark/rack.jpg This is very simple to put together if you have access to a table saw and at least a hand drill. Certainly this could be expand...
