New to me Vortex
Scored a sweet little Vortex today and cheap ($300). Looks almost brand new. Came with scope, rope cocker, quiver, 4 Firebolts with broadheads. This will be my backup. Varizone was dead on with the Firebolts when I got it home.

Suppressor
Anybody got the Suppressor? I'm thinking about a new Excalibur. Have a 335 Nightmare now. Got to look at a Suppressor but never got to shoot it. Also thinking I like the Bulldog 380 or the Matrix 355...... TOO MANY TO CHOOSE FROM!

Re: 100gr Spitfire
I don't think a diff. broadhead will solve you problem . you should take a rag with some acetone and wipe off the decales on your arrows. this will help some and get yourself a pare of Danny Miller arrow pullers they work very well 740 483 2312 is his # Its not that they are hard to pull, its that ...

Re: Spine on Quills
Shooting the 150 gr field points. I'm putting 150 gr Slick Tricks on in a day or two. Our season in Tennessee starts this Saturday but it is just crazy hot. 89 degrees forcasted high for Saturday. I'll likely wait for a cool down.

Spine on Quills
Just put Lumenoks on 3 of my Quills. Before, they were all spot on to 30 yards. After installing the Lumenoks, 2 of them were 3 to 4 inches off at 30 yards. I marked one vane on each arrow then rotated which vane went in the rail. Problem solved . They are all going into about an inch at 30 yards ag...

Stay safe down there. We are supposed to have 20 to 25 mph winds here in middle Tennessee but no rain.
